Meet Dr. Sumeet Bahl
Sumeet Bahl, MD is a Fellow in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, NY., but his lifelong goal is to unify the practice of cutting-edge Western medicine with the holistic mind-body approach of the East.
Under the leadership of the Dalai Lama, through the Emory University-Tibet partnership, Sumeet conducted research on the effects of meditation on the stress and immune response. Inspired by the internationally-acclaimed book, "Autobiography of a Yogi," he has been practicing meditation for 18 years and trained in Kriya Yoga. Sumeet has lectured on the benefits of meditation with the desire to help everyone incorporate its practice into daily life.
